ATG is a developer of online CRM applications for commerce, portals and relationship management. It's suite of tools will provide France Telecom with a single, unified framework for supporting its initiatives.
ATG said France Telecom selected its solution based on ease of application integration with its existing systems. France Telecom will also use ATG Scenario Personalization to improve its relationship management capabilities to better serve its 77 million clients and global network of partners.

ATG said it will collaborate with France Telecom laboratories to implement the online CRM applications. Later this year, Orange France will be the first subsidiary to deploy a personalized site using the ATG Enterprise Commerce Suite, which will offer both mobile phones and service subscriptions.
