The new solution provides customers with real-time water consumption information.

New Zealand's Outpost Central and Gentrack have partnered on a solution that provides customers with real-time information on water consumption.

"Gentrack has designed a specialist CRM solution for water utilities that can be integrated with monitoring technologies such as those offered by Outpost Central," according to IT Brief. "The companies believe that the integrated solution will 'transform' how customers use water. "

"James Docking, Gentrack CEO, said, 'Our focus is on providing utilities with the smart CRM tools needed to support new levels of consumer education around water conservation and stepped pricing, while also bringing to the table new monitoring technologies that deliver real value to consumers and utilities,'" the article states.
