According to the announcement, salesforce.com customers will get anytime, anywhere access to its CRM applications on Sprint's all-digital voice and data PCS wireless network and Sprint PCS customers who subscribe to salesforce.com will be able wirelessly access them. As part of the Sprint PCS Wireless Web for Business, they say customers will be able to access salesforce.com at their convenience on the browser of a Sprint PCS Internet-ready Phone and require little or no training or IT support.

The companies say they will develop and maintain a co-branded web site for customers who sign up for the wireless application once it is available in the next few months.
