The companies say China's eventual entry into the WTO will likely accelerate growth and usage of this strategic software, which allows firms to increase revenues by retaining a greater portion of existing customers. They say their alliance will serve to establish a set of branded, quality products as this market grows.

"The Chinese market is moving ahead very quickly and we hope to be able to support that growth with our software solutions and services." The two added they expect local spending on CRM technology to grow rapidly in the coming year.
