Backing has come from The Forum Corp., Pearson PLC and private investors. The money has been used to develop its flagship Customer Collaboration application and complete beta testing. Released is scheduled for later this summer.
Customer Collaboration is Web-based software designed to help companies relationships with customers by allowing them to contribute to the decision-making and idea creation processes, thereby increasing opportunities to sell services and expertise.
