Lawson Software has introduced a new version of its Talent Management Software, offering enhanced integration, enhanced globalization features, and a learning and development module designed specifically for U.S. companies.
"Lawson Talent Management v. 3.3 includes tighter integration between the performance management portion of Lawson's Strategic Human Capital System and the Learning and Development module in the Talent Management application," writes Managing Automation's Jeff Moad. "This allows managers and employees to define gaps in their skill sets and identify classes or other activities that can be performed to close those gaps."
"The new Learning and Development module also includes support for Web- and kiosk-based learning methods that are popular among U.S.-based companies," Moad writes.
