Previously available only in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, Dynamics CRM 2011 is now available in 40 countries and 41 languages, Ars Technica reports. Microsoft is aggressively gunning for Oracle and Salesforce with the new CRM software.
As part of the initial launch, Microsoft is offering Dynamics CRM 2011 to new customers at a cost of $34 per user per month for 12 months, says International Business Times. In addition, Microsoft is offering up to $200 per user for eligible customers who migrate to Dynamic CRM Online until June 30.
