CO Space Appoints William A. Jandovitz as CEO

LONG BEACH, Calif.-- CO Space, a nationwide provider of carrier-neutral collocation space and related operations services to the communications industry, named William A. Jandovitz as chief executive officer. He also will join CO Space's board of directors. Before joining CO Space, Jandovitz served as Vice President at Fidelity Investments, where he evaluated telecommunication and technology investment opportunities for Fidelity's own portfolio. CO Space closed a funding round in November 1999.


Bigfoot Interactive Appoints Beverly Beaudoin President

NEW YORK -- Bigfoot Interactive, a direct e-Marketing solutions company, appointed Beverly Beaudoin as president. Before joining Bigfoot Interactive, Beaudoin served first as general manager and then as managing partner of Bozell Direct, a division of Bozell Worldwide. Bigfoot recently received an investment from Winfield Capital.


Enermetrix.com Names William D. Patterson CFO

MAYNARD, Mass.-- Enermetrix.com, a leader in Internet commerce for energy, appointed William D. Patterson as chief financial officer. Patterson joins Enermetrix.com following a twenty-two year career as an investment banker, private investment manager, and financial advisor in the energy and power industries. Patterson served as a senior banker at E.F. Hutton, Shearson Lehman, and Smith Barney where he headed the firm's utility investment banking group from 1990 to 1995. Enermetrix.com recently raised $20 million in its third round.


Top Execs Join BlueStreak.com

NEWPORT, R.I.-- Joining the BlueStreak.com management team are Richard Cleveland, who will serve as vice president of marketing, Michael Aronowitz who was named director of sales and Greg Matuskiewicz who will serve as director of business development. Cleveland recently served as vice president of marketing at Hasbro Interactive. Aronowitz and Matuskiewicz both join BlueStreak.com from Adsmart where Aronowitz served as director of the Destination Adsmart Travel division and Matuskiewicz served as director of the mid-Atlantic division for the national accounts group. Novient Names Dave Keil as Executive VP

ATLANTA -- Novient, a provider of services automation solutions, named Dave Keil executive vice president of corporate strategy and business development. Most recently, Keil served as managing director and senior equity analyst at The Robinson-Humphrey Company, a subsidiary of Solomon Smith Barney. Novient is backed by Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and Noro-Moseley Partners.


Shadowpack Names New VP of Business Development

DUBLIN, Ohio-- Shadowpack appointed Nick Berner as vice president of business development. Berner joins Shadowpack from Palm Computing, where he served as manager of strategic alliances. Shadowpack, a Personal Wireless Interface, is a free service giving the mobile public access to localized, personalized information and content on interactive handheld devices and the ability to conduct secure commercial transactions. Initial financial support is from Capital Technology Group and a group of angel investors.


Bessemer Venture Partners Names New General Partners

MENLO PARK, Calif.-- Bessemer Venture Partners announced that Joanna Strober and Robert P. Goodman have been named general partners in the firm. Goodman is launching the firm's New York investment office, expanding the firm from its existing locations in Boston and Silicon Valley. Strober has been with the firm for four years, and is located in the firm's Menlo Park, California office. Prior to joining BVP, Strober worked as a corporate lawyer at Venture Law Group representing venture-backed technology companies. Goodman joined the firm in 1998 and invests in business-to-business E-commerce and telecommunications companies, including wireless, telecom software and services.


Kinetic Ventures Hires New Principal

CHEVY CHASE, Md. and ATLANTA-- Kinetic Ventures, a technology venture capital firm, hired Charles Meyers, formerly the vice president/general manager for the eServices division of Internet Security Services, as a principal and promoted Todd Klein to managing director and Nelson Chu to principal. Kinetic focuses on investments in technology segments critical to utility companies as they navigate the transition underway in the deregulating utility industry.
