Shadow Lowers Cost of Call Management Software

he company has reduced the cost of the 5 Channel User License for call management software, Call-Shadow.

Shadow Technology has announced new pricing for its call management software, Call-Shadow. The reduced price offers a new end user price of $1,916, including 12 months support on the 5 Channel User License. As mentioned in this Call Center Clinic report, Call-Shadow is compatible with Cisco and all products using the SIP protocol.
