Motive, Syntel Team For Online Customer Care Solutions

The companies say their partnership will deliver high-performance online services to Fortune 1000 customers.

TROY, MI & AUSTIN, TX--Syntel, Inc., an e-Business and applications outsourcing firm, and Motive Communications, Inc., a online customer care solutions provider, have announced the formalization of a partnership to deliver high-performance online services to Fortune 1000 customers.

According to the agreement, Syntel, as a Motive Consulting Partner, will provide mutual customers with assessment, strategy, design, development, implementation, integration, customization and project management services. The companies will also jointly market and sell e-Business solutions to select target markets, and say they currently share several joint customer implementations including Hewlett-Packard and Target Corporation.
