Customer Inter@ction Solutions Magazine, published by Technology Marketing Corp. (TMCTM), will launch their first annual Customer Inter@ction SolutionsTM (CIS) Conference and Expo, July 18-20 in Atlanta at the Cobb Galleria.
The conference will focus on contact center technology, management, customer relationship management (CRM), e-sales and e-service solutions. Key features of the (CIS) Conference and Expo include:

As an added note, Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine celebrates its 20th anniversary year in July. The magazine, formerly C@LL CENTER CRM Solutions, has been in existence since 1982, providing comprehensive news, technology insights, reviews and information to the CRM, e-sales/e-service and teleservices industries. To mark the milestone anniversary, the magazine will introduce a new monthly feature titled "Re: Locations." The new section will be dedicated to reporting on economic development issues of vital interest to the contact center industry and will highlight news of recent contact center expansions, incentives offered by various locales, co-location opportunities and labor statistics.
