Based on Microsoft's anticipated CRM application, which launched in January, CRM Online by Surebridge is designed to enable midsize businesses to access all the functions of Microsoft CRM using the ASP model.
Surebridge is the only provider authorized by Microsoft to offer its CRM application as an online service.
CRM Online customers include the following, according to Surebridge:
- Applied Graphics Technologies (AGT) (Chicago), a provider of outsourced digital image management and prepress services. AGT recently signed on for the CRM Online pilot program.
- Ecostructure (Washington, D.C), works with both for-profit and non-profit ecological issues. Surebridge reports that Ecostructure was interested in Microsoft CRM to manage venture capital and philanthropy fundraising programs, but lacked the in-house expertise to install, maintain and support the application on a daily basis.
- Ingenious Designs (New York, N.Y.), a wholly owned subsidiary of the electronic retailer, HSN in Florida, signed on to CRM Online because it needed a CRM solution for its customer service call center team to enhance customer service response time and bolster bottom line results.
- iQ NetSolutions (Westborough, Mass.), a provider of enterprise telephony products designed for call control and management with support for advanced services and third-party application integration. Surebridge reports that 1Q NetSolutions needed a CRM solution for its sales team that included integration with Outlook (to help increase sales person adoption) and a system that would integrate with their Microsoft Business Solutions-Great Plains software.
