Avanade's new CRM for Insurance Industry solution, available both on-premise or as a cloud-based solution, consolidates information from multiple systems into Microsoft Outlook or a Web browser. According to the company's product release statement, CRM for Insurance Industry provides companies with a holistic view of each customer, including their household members, policies, claims history and underwriting criteria.
