The newest version adds increased customization of user alerts.
"Chris Golec, Demandbase's founder and chief executive officer says that the newest version of Stream has been immediately [made] available to users," writes destinationCRM.com's Lauren McKay. "Since the rollout, [users] have expressed that it provides a much greater level of utility."
Key benefits of the new version include the ability to customize alerts in response to specific levels of user activity, or simply when visitors access a particular page. The solution can also now be fully integrated with Salesforce CRM data.
"Demandbase Stream essentially works as a ticker along on the bottom of any Web site," McKay explains. "The ticker identifies relevant businesses visiting the Web site, [and] users now have the capability to set alerts and notifications based on a number of elements. The alerts pop up in the bottom right hand of the screen much like a new email notification from Microsoft Outlook."
