Wheelhouse, E.piphany To Host CRM Seminar Series

The three-city seminars will be held to discuss how companies deploy CRM systems to better understand their customers.

Wheelhouse Corporation, a marketing infrastructure services provider, and E.piphany Inc., a customer interaction software provider, have announced a three-city industry seminar series for senior marketing professionals in the Financial Services, High-Tech and Media & Entertainment industries.

Wheelhouse says the emergence of the Internet has dramatically affected marketing technology architecture as customers demand better and more personalized online and offline interactions. The companies will offer a presentation and discussion on how leading companies in their respective fields are deploying CRM systems to understand, analyze and communicate more effectively with their customers.
